hi friends
i wonder in hybrid cars by manual transmission, how we can change the gear and which gear we should choose?
for example u r going 60 km/h by electric motor, now u want to speed up,so combustion engine starts to help electric motor and they work together to speed up(usually in parallel hybrids),now which gear we should choose,1,2,3,4 or five(relative to different speeds).
thanx for ur answers….

There is no such thing as as a hybrid with a manual transmission.

It is either an automatic transmission or a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT). A computer has to control the gear ratio to the wheels so that both the electric and gasoline power plants can be operated in the most efficient manner based on the power demanded by the accelerator peddle.
