-uses less gas
-does not waste money on gas, considering the high prices right now
-may get more overall gas milage
-may run smoother and make less noise
You can add to the toxic level of the soil too all those extra batteries

Snob appeal. Just kidding. My sister has owned a Prius for the last 2 years. She bought it “new” and I’ve heard not one complaint. Go with Toyota because they are one of the first to have perfected a Hybrid priced for the masses (more or less..I’ll have to buy 2nd hand) This old world is suffering from pollution, so any little thing can be a positive. I’ve seen some really innovative electric cars on-line, but have never seen any for sale and one the road. Then electricity rates will climb! Mark my words.
